You have some flexibility in schedule Potentially a good team though it has slowly been eroded due to change in leadership.

Cons

Leadership lacks ability to provide work/life balance. Leadership lacks ability to team build. Leadership lacks ability to hold reprimand/discuss issues and will simply let you go. Leadership was strong here for a long time ago but now they have leadership who has no desire to assist staff and only wanting to please a corporation. The compassion is gone.

Cons

Don't really want to pay milage and expect for you to pick up jobs in other areas and not fully pay you for it or won't pay the mileage.

Good experience, Liked the staff. Liked the travelling.

Cons

Pay was average, no reimbursement for car expenses (6 new tires in 2 years due to nails and such in patients driveways), many extra oil changes, 1,000 miles a week on my car for work only (thats 52,000 miles a year, just if you're curious). No Employee Assistance Program available, no mental health services available - Chaplains and Social Workers are expected to support one another which is unethical - you can't council people you work with and still maintain a work relationship.
