      Pros

      20 years nursing experience here in most aspects of nursing genre. Best place I've ever worked. I plan on retiring with this company as long as nothing changes. They truly care. Great pay Make schedule Always reliable Treated respectfully Help always available

      Pto accrual is low but are working on it

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are great. Best paid time off system I have ever worked for and PTO is encouraged to maintain your mental health. I get great support from the home office team and they listen to my complaints and my concerns. My team of clinicians and back-office staff make my job easier. We all work together for the good of our patients.

      Cons

      Healthcare is hard. I have a great team with some clinicians having longevity, but sometimes it is hard to keep field staff. The cuts Medicare is making also makes it hard to provide for the patients the way HH has done in the past. Not LHC's fault.
