LHC Group reviews

LHC came in and started restructuring the company. Many people were laid off, lost their jobs; from directors to hourly employees like my self. My position was eliminated, but no one knew how to do it. I have referral sources, social workers, case mangers, and staff calling me to help them figure out what to do, and I am no longer an employee. I feel I could have at least been offered the chance to stay at a lower rate of pay, since that seems to be the goal with the “restructuring “ that LCH Group is doing.
