Pros

Decent pay with opportunity to work all the hours you need to (within legal limits of course). PTO builds up that can be cashed in at predetermined times throughout the year. Paid holidays. Company matched 401k and other optional benefits.

Cons

Health insurance isn't great (even the best plan). No matter how hard I worked over the last few years (without calling out - even going in on my days off), my yearly evaluations have been generic thus diminishing my chances at a raise.

There is a strong focus on leadership and the company's policies reflect that the company truly believes in helping people. There is extensive training and training resources available. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

All formal training is done via some type of e-learning. Does not include standard paid holidays. Falls below industry standard in this aspect.

Pros

Working hours are M-F 8-430, yet get paid bi-weekly on Fridays, you accrue PTO time every pay period and the benefits are good too! I work in an office of real team players, we get along so well and have fun every day working together. Some of us even hang out outside of work.

Cons

Being that this is the business of taking care of and helping people, you do deal with different types of patients that may make your job a little difficult but that is pretty much any job if you work with people.
