      Sounded like a good place to work till I found out Management was a revolving door. Managers lasted 1day to 3mo. at best!

      High turnover rate makes it easy to secure a position

      No onboarding process or preceptor Supply cost constraints negatively impact patient care Many patients are too high acuity for the resources of this provider, a considerable number are quickly referred to SNFs or transferred into hospice or palliative care Office staff offer conflicting answers to basic questions- PTO cash in options, location of employee resources such as tuition reimbursement, approved policies and procedures, available resources.
