Ran like a dictatorship, managers that bully employees, too many bosses and not enough workers, focus is on budget and census vs quality patient care, managers always criticize and never congrat for a job well done. I could go on forever!

The company is more focused on corporate policy, budgets, numbers of admits and census. Not one person in authority ever says "Patients come first" . Short cuts, decline in proper patient care. Its always about the money, budgets, and that is it. Good, hard working, dedicated employees are over worked, stressed. No one at my office smiled anymore.
