      8-4:30 hours with some flexibility, location

      Cons

      Poor work - life balance, boss is intimidating and likes to brag about it, she forms a cliq and of you aren't in it and kissing her rear, you are severely neglected. There is a lot of cussing, hostility and pettiness in the office. Work from home A LOT and not paid for it. Staff is not appreciated. Boss talks about the field staff but overworked them and doesn't truly care about them.

      If you’re a procrastinator with charting, they don’t seem to care at all when you get your charting done.

      Cons

      Overworked as a PRN nurse, required PRN nurses to be on call for 56 hours on the weekends after saying that was not required in the interview. Gave PRN nurses 8 to 9 patients in one day. Family deaths are not a good reason to miss work. MD does not answer phone calls. Every other employee is overworked and complaining. Office staff does not care at all. Training is minimal, especially for people with no prior hospice experience. I absolutely could not recommend this company less.
