      Worth the growing pains

      Pros

      LHC merged with our smaller home health agency which allowed for greater resources and employee benefits. They have provided extensive training and educational opportunities to help me feel confident in my position. Everyone in leadership, management, tech support and other divisions have been quick to answer and help, friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn and with any healthcare organization, a lot of regulations and policies to keep up with.
