      No staff. They don’t adjust goals, so there it no way to make your goal without adequate staffing to service the referrals

      Large amount of resources for education.

      Cons

      High expectations for office staff. Staffing ratios too tight and unrealistic. Upper leadership uninterested in what Actually happens day to day....until end of month, when their bonus is at risk. High burn out for office positions with high turnover due to these reasons. Upper leadership cold and indifferent.
