Pros
-You can choose your hours and the schedule is very flexible. -Able to build good relationships with your clients -very rewarding to help a family in need
Cons
-They throw you on an assignment with little to no information on your client or formal in home training. -Management doesn’t communicate with the clients or you very well (My client didn’t know I was even starting) -When I put in my resignation letter with a full months notice, and I was sure to thank them for the opportunity to work for them, I also added that I would train the person that would replace me because the family I worked with had a lot of needs. Needless to say, I never heard anything back. They didn’t even recognize my letter or say anything back. Felt like that was pretty disrespectful.
