      Pros

      One of few companies that allow an aide to have family member as patient. Lets you decide if you WANT to work or not.

      Cons

      Was hired at $10.50 due to my background whereas others only get $10/hour. I have asked where the other 50 cents per hr is and havent received so much as a F.Y. 3 1/2 years and no raise. Still getting $10 per hour.

      Company sent representatives to assist with training, friendly co-workers

      Cons

      Employee retention is not a priority. I was never contacted by a HR representative to explain benefits. Training was more important than patient care

      Pros

      I think that this company offers great experience... However, you are just a number.

      Cons

      There is a very bad racial issue. Ever since my first week of starting, this was glaringly obvious. Very divided atmosphere. A LOT OF GOSSIP. Reminded me of middle school/high school. They treat you as another number. You are not valued. You are only given more work if you succeed.
