Actual pay was half of amount promised with job offer, as there were NEVER enough visits to meet productivity /achieve the number of visits needed to receive offer amount. It was my mistake for not reading thoroughly enough but even though they “guarantee” 30 visits, most weeks it was 15-22. That’s a HUGE discrepancy in pay promised, but they are sneaky with their offer letter wording. They’ll also give you a HUGE visit territory and you can easily spend 3-4 hours a day driving, which is time that could be spent getting paid to see patients. Mileage reimbursement is subpar.

Overwhelming patient load, not a good work life balance as a full time employee.
