      Pros

      Excellent clerical and clinical staff with office I supervised. Excellent on line training.

      Cons

      Expectations of organization unrealistic to meet patient needs, staff exhaustion resulting in excessive staff turnover . Acceptance of patients without adequate staffing. Implementation of excessive tasks and HCHB software limit efficiency of clinical staff and takes away critical thinking and focus from patient care.

      Local employees of the agencies are true care givers !

      Cons

      Corporate office is a complete joke. It's about drinking and partying hard. Example a DVP come back hotel at 7 am morning , her and husband literally far out of the cab in front of hotel. From New Orleans to Las Vegas, this group uses hard working employes to stay drunk and party. The only people it's about is their selves.

      Pros

      The local agency level employees are wonderful to work with. Local management is good. The biggest perk is the patients most of the time.

      Cons

      Productivity points are a joke! In a rural area with lots of drive time in between they are impossible to meet. One visit should equal 1 point, not 3/4 of one. Salary is not competitive to the area. Marketing staff gets bonuses while local field staff get nothing! Most staff feel overwhelmed as there is never enough help. Staff also don't voice their opinions as they feel they are one step away from losing their jobs.
