Ran like a dictatorship, managers that bully employees, too many bosses and not enough workers, focus is on budget and census vs quality patient care, managers always criticize and never congrat for a job well done. I could go on forever!

This is at the expense of quality patient care, but as long as the clinicians follow CYA protocols available in the EMR device, the outcomes still look good enough to pass.
