      Flexibility and pay. Nothing else.

      Sneaky management, high staff turnover, poor morale and culture, patients are not priority, too worried about the dollar amount

      Solid orientation/training, great co workers, busy until impacted by Covid 19 with Patient focused care, good variety of patients, reasonable travel from home base most of the time, good supplies for direct care staff, good job if you're comfortable working independently with patients, great direct care teams

      Cons

      Occasional lapses in communication regarding patient scheduling, several management changes during time with the company, documentation time usually extends in to time at home
