      Pros

      I enjoyed helping the patients. In home primary care is a very needed service. Advanced Care House Calls employs some great providers and I made friends with great co workers! Working from home was nice.

      Cons

      Plan to have no life if you work for LHC group. Long hours (50+) hour work weeks, the insurance is a joke, the work assignments are more than the employee can possibly do in an 8 hour work day. Management is fine with employees being stressed.

      Enjoyed helping client’s, staff at branch were amazing, loved what I did

      Cons

      LHC came in and started restructuring the company. Many people were laid off, lost their jobs; from directors to hourly employees like my self. My position was eliminated, but no one knew how to do it. I have referral sources, social workers, case mangers, and staff calling me to help them figure out what to do, and I am no longer an employee. I feel I could have at least been offered the chance to stay at a lower rate of pay, since that seems to be the goal with the “restructuring “ that LCH Group is doing.

      Leaving best thing that ever happened to me.

      Cons

      Overworked, never enough time to complete all expectations. All about money, have completely lost sight of people. Expect accountabiloty but by doing so you arr the one who gets the consequences. Often they ignore reality and want top quality in an environment of understaffing and excessive demands. Brainwashed.
