Learned a lot but pay your people!

Pros

I learned a lot at LHC Group.

Cons

I worked there for years, however, there is always layoffs, hiring freezes, and most times you do not get a raise due to how the company is doing.

the pay is not worth it

Pros

coworkers are amazing If you are okay with never questioning management when you feel something is and following orders blindly , you’ll love it and they will love you. they have good attorneys, because the company and those who run it aren’t afraid to bend medicare and cms guidelines, If you like working overtime as a salaried employee and not getting compensated, this is the company for you. and it’s a great place to work under staffed and to see 1 person doing the work of 4.

Cons

management needs improvement , including RVP’s, AVP’s and up. They use targeting and bullying to tear down hard working employees that challenge or they feel are a treat. The company has become profit over patient. viewed as a number not a person.
