In my location and job title I enjoy who I work with. My leaders that I see daily and there is opportunities to grow.
Cons
Higher leadership that is not in office control everything. Merger confusion. 0-1% pay increase after being told we would get our LHC yearly review, We got Optum’s crap pay “increase” with inflation it’s more like a pay reduction. Even though they only officially merged us December 14th. Therefore we completed 95% of the year with LHC we should get our previous percent rate. Job security uncertainty. Merging with Amedysis but we are in the dark about upcoming changes.
