      Pros

      Everyone works as a team. I work fully remote and that is a big plus for me. Your upper management is always there for you whenever you have issues, problems, suggestions. This is the one job that I have felt at home and not just a number but I feel included and seen.

      There really isn't any cons. I love everything about LHC Group.

      Why I like working at LHC

      Office assistant

      Pros

      I work with amazing people both in the office and clinical staff. They value me most of the time and trust me with tasks that help other offices. I'm encouraged to think outside the box.

      Cons

      Other employees get preferential treatment at times I feel like. It's almost like if I'm struggling, oh you'll be fine but if another person is struggling the get babied.
