      Pros

      None beside having income and sometimes being granted a hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      Management is very subpar and the company’s talk of and representation of work culture is put on as a show. What they said and what they do are two extremely opposite things. Treatment of employees is extremely biased and nepotism is at the forefront of the company’s falsely fabricated work culture. Top performers and intelligent questions are looked down upon because management has no idea what is going on and likely feel clueless when questions and concerns are brought up.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Employee's are welcoming of new staff. Nurses are a big help to the nurse technicians and CNA's. Supervisors are very helpful and listen to what you have to say and help you out with any questions, issues, or stuff you don't understand.

      Cons

      The pay is very low for this position considering the amount of work that you have to do.
