Thank you for the feedback. In 2017 we provided merit increases based on the team members anniversary date. Each department is provided a budget for merit increases and will reward employees based on their contributions/performance throughout the year. Since I have worked with LHC Group, we have provided merit increases every year. LHC Group is proud of our home office and field staff including our IT department. We operate on 6 Pillars of Excellence: People, Service, Quality, Efficiency, Growth and Ethics. Our team has the opportunity to touch/influence each of these pillars on a daily basis and we believe that not one pillar is more important than another.
