Poor attention to detail from management, low pay scale and unstable "pay freezes" happen regularly

Thank you for the feedback. In 2017 we provided merit increases based on the team members anniversary date. Each department is provided a budget for merit increases and will reward employees based on their contributions/performance throughout the year. Since I have worked with LHC Group, we have provided merit increases every year. LHC Group is proud of our home office and field staff including our IT department. No Holidays, Somewhat flexible schedule, Skills assets, up to date technology/ documentation, close patient interaction, advancement opportunities, well educated office staff

Cons

Patients and Employees are not priorities, employees are expected to work after hours with no extra pay, clinical staff continuously having to explain to management why the cheapest care wasn’t provided to increase profitability,

Good benefits package, 401k, comparable salary

Cons

The company is more focused on corporate policy, budgets, numbers of admits and census. Not one person in authority ever says "Patients come first" . Short cuts, decline in proper patient care. Its always about the money, budgets, and that is it. Good, hard working, dedicated employees are over worked, stressed. No one at my office smiled anymore.
