      Pto accrual is great if you've been there a long time. Hybrid schedule.

      They only give 2 percent raises

      Very profit oriented, little focus on employees

      Good coworkers, good online training, great benefits

      Cons

      Very profit focused, very little gas reimbursement, upper management is very distant from on the ground employees, poor pay, very little care about employees work life balance
