This is the type of company that causes you to dread going to work in the morning. No matter how efficient you are or how many goals you achieve its never enough. Never a "good job." They don't care about their patients at all. Only about money and often at the expense of these sweet little patients. They also don't give a hoot about employee satisfaction. Every one of my coworkers hated their jobs. From the DON to the CNA.
