I summed it up!!! LHC is like a cult!! It's all about them and their demands 24/7. They have you working ALL the time and you become estranged from your family and friends. That's why I started standing my ground and telling them I WAS NOT working anymore hours than I already was. Apparently, they didn't like that so much. What I tell people when they ask me about working for LHC - if you can't stand being at home and having YOUR time, if you don't like spending time with your family and your home life is just plain miserable, then LHC is the place for you!!

Pay after 3.5 years was stagnant. No promotions would be available to me in this office. Insurance is a joke. Forced to do on-call support. No work-life balance. I was lucky if I could get my supervisor to respond to emails. Moved from being a service desk/help desk to a call center. People that called in were our co-workers, not our customers. Did not feel like I was respected or taken seriously in my position. The list could go on and on.
