      Pros

      Very supportive environment, friendly people who believe in the motto "it's all about helping people". As a nurse, it is most rewarding to feel you are truly able to care for your patients without constantly being reminded about the bottom line - money. So far, I am enjoying the orientation and looking forward to helping my patients have a better quality of life.

      Pros

      I enjoyed helping the patients. In home primary care is a very needed service. Advanced Care House Calls employs some great providers and I made friends with great co workers! Working from home was nice.

      Cons

      Plan to have no life if you work for LHC group. Long hours (50+) hour work weeks, the insurance is a joke, the work assignments are more than the employee can possibly do in an 8 hour work day. Management is fine with employees being stressed.
