      Pros

      I enjoyed working on my own in the field and getting to know patients on one to one basis.

      Cons

      There was lots of driving and patients far apart that took lots of time during the day and documentation had to be done in evening after visiting patients and driving all day.

      Management is horrible! It is all about the numbers. Staff are overworked. Budget cuts mean cutting back on supplies for patients
