Pros
Although the original company was bought out twice within two years, I have been working for this company since 2005 and the closeness of our local team is beyond being employees. We are family! This team goes above the 8-5 work mentality. They support each other whenever needed especially after hours and weekends when patients are dying or just need additional attention. It is great now also having a "corporate" team for larger issues so we can focus more on the local level and the patients.
Cons
When you have done everything for so long for the whole company, it is sometimes difficult to give up those things when a corporation takes over. But the upside is you realize your stress level goes down!
