      Pros

      There is a strong focus on leadership and the company's policies reflect that the company truly believes in helping people. There is extensive training and training resources available. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      All formal training is done via some type of e-learning. Does not include standard paid holidays. Falls below industry standard in this aspect.

      Pros

      Not many, flexibility is key to the home Healthcare, this company does have flexibility.

      Cons

      Extremely poor communication from the top down. I was shocked by the lack of care and direct communication demonstrated by the National office. Poor attitudes and a lot of errors by corporate created frustrations and problems that have been too numerous to document. The local office was divisive, mean spirited, and lacked quality.
