      Pros

      I love working in the office at Elite Home Health of Fordyce for so many reasons! We are not only a TEAM but also a FAMILY! We are so caring and attentive to our employees and their needs. The employees are praised and recognized for outstanding care which I love! Making a difference in my coworkers' lives is my goal each day! I love holidays so I especially love celebrating with each and every one of us with small gifts and candy! The smallest gift can make someone's day, and I love that! Our team here in Fordyce has a genuine concern for each employee! Resulting in genuine care and concern for our patients. I am proud to be a part of our TEAM and LHC!

      Cons

      Expectations form Corporate are not attainable in our setting with various levels of education in our patient population. For example, time s of visits in some cases.

      The home office support you get is amazing. The people I work with make my job the best. I feel appreciated and have great job satisfaction.

      I feel that productivity is a bit high and could be revamped.
