      Pros

      I love the work I do. The benefits are good and the PTO is great. The patients and employees are the only reason I say.

      Cons

      Employees are disposable and not treated with respect. The hard work and long hours are not appreciated and the criticism is constant. There is sexism and nepotism at the corporate office that should be reported but retaliation will occur but disguised as something else.

      Pros

      I love the team based culture and the straight forward Straight A Leadership management style. I have worked for this company for 10 years and I can't imagine doing what I do for anyone else. I love our transparency and honesty.

      Cons

      We work hard and are very busy but because of the satisfaction I get from knowing I did my part and the best I could do to make it easier for my nurses and field staff to care for our patients, it truly is not a con.
