      Pros

      Amazing culture that truly puts it's patients first. I was skeptical at first that a "for profit" company would put patients before the bottom line, but I see it happen every day. Honored to work for a company that stays true to its mission.

      Cons

      Because the company is so large and spread out all over the country, it can be difficult for information to reach all levels of the organization.

      Pros

      Management continues with family atmosphere and culture that is unmatched in the industry. You feel part of a mission that is truly rooted in helping people. Notes from the CEO and COO are very uplifting and thoughtful and they make you feel connected to the strategic vision for the company. I can't see myself working anywhere else. Everything is all about the patient and that is the way that it always should be.
