Pros
good first job, good experience builder for home health, the PTO rate goes up quickly each year up to year 5
Cons
PTO rate starts out terrible and maxes out quickly, corporate propaganda with little follow through on the individual basis (i.e. surveys with prizes, daily automated emails sent to all employees from CEO, giving out marketing supplies to employees for a job well done) zero room for growth within the company and they eventually stop annual raises in favor of a 2-3% bonus instead
