      I have a hard time thinking if any real pros based on my experience. Lots of pay discrimination

      Anything you can think of. They pay one person for one thing but refuse to pay the next person for the same thing

      Pros

      I recently started with LHC and I have to say everyone is awesome. I was trained and completed orientation in a timely manner. I have my own client's that I truly adore. Everyone that I have came into contact with has been overly helpful and extremely genuine. I am pleased to be with a Company who will help their employees with anything at anytime.

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to share.
