      Pros

      Small office, vast room to "revamp" (staff, QRPs), the patients

      Cons

      Large corporation buyout of smaller business with extreme lack of consistency concerning administrative management team (combo of both companies). Absolute lack of adherence to initial employment contract or even position hired for. Treat Home Health like Factory Farming....no care for patients or quality of care.

      Day and evening shift has sufficient staff.

      Cons

      Director comes down hard and doesn't hear employee, favoritism, techs seem to make their own schedule, no clearly written policies/procedures available, NO teamwork, called in every week to discuss your "errors" but NO positive re-enforcement, very complicated and time consuming day-to-day activities.
