      This company focuses on quality patient care and celebrates employees' wins. There are many valuable home office resources and good communication. The company is always striving to better itself.

      None other than the people I worked with.

      Cons

      They are shady. I will NEVER work for them again. If you don't drink the "kool-aid" meaning if you don't do what they want and not ask questions, they do whatever they can to get rid of you. They are more interested in a "yes man" than someone who will stand up for what's right, so if you have an opinion about anything, don't even waste your time saying anything because they could care less. More interested in quantity over quality. I could go on and on about the cons of this place. They do NOT value their employees. As a DON, I found out they were paying me $20k less than what most DONs were making. Insurance is sky high.
