      somewhat competitive salary, average benefits, average paid time off

      The company is very corporate. The CEO and upper management (and lower management office staff) are primarily focused on number of discharges vs number of admits...it seems like every admit is just a number and not an actual human in need. The company is also oddly obsessed with completion of monthly courses which must be completed under the threat of termination. In addition these courses must be completed on your own time (not during work/patient hours).
