      Pros

      Very employee and patient focused! Does ensure financial obligations are met, because any company who doesn't will be out of business soon.

      Cons

      Good company. I've been employees for over 12 yrs. A little too aggressive with flexing when census drops below budget, but otherwise good.

      Good benefits package, 401k, comparable salary

      Cons

      The company is more focused on corporate policy, budgets, numbers of admits and census. Not one person in authority ever says "Patients come first" . Short cuts, decline in proper patient care. Its always about the money, budgets, and that is it. Good, hard working, dedicated employees are over worked, stressed. No one at my office smiled anymore.
