      Pros

      Great pay. Good benefits. Company vehicle. Great coworkers and awesome branch manager.

      Cons

      Not enough patients to meet my 8 hour day, some days only have 1 or 2 patients. No separate sick time from vacation time, all rolled into pto.

      Pros

      Lots of hands on patient care. Web based charting instead of paper based, mail in charting system. Overall, I have had good experiences with this company.

      Cons

      Not much communication within the company, unless something is needed or something has went wrong. Don't always have a case with an open shift nearby. While the company does have practices in place to protect patients from any untoward actions or harm by staff, there is nothing that I know of to protect staff members from being harmed by patients. Pay is ok, I'm not sure if payscales are balanced overall. I make less than other reports for my position in my region.
