      Pros

      It's great to be a part of a growing healthcare company who really cares about patient care and their employees. Not everything is perfect, but if you listen to leadership you'll notice a common thread of doing the right thing for the right reasons - consistently. that feels prety good to be a part of!

      Cons

      Information sharing at home office isn't up to par. Some updates are needed to make sure everyone is communicated to equally.

      Pros

      Staff is excellent. The orientation training is one of the best I have ever done. The salary is competitive for the area. The company lives up to it's mission and vision statement which is so refreshing!

      At this time I have not experienced any cons.
