Pros
The pay is better than most. I hear working closer to the home office in Louisiana is better as far as internal issues go. Great benefits.
Cons
Major communication breakdown between operations, sales, and clinical staff. Management is only concerned with numbers. It's NOT "All about helping people". Vacation time earned is just that, earned. When the VP of the company tells all the employees that you can't take your earned vacation when your numbers are down regardless of the reasons, that is WRONG. They will threaten you regarding your numbers and employment. Turn over is extremely high. When they do hire new employees, they jump at the first available out of desperation and then don't train them properly. There are more conference calls than time in the field. Too much time is spent on where you are going, who are you seeing, what are you talking about, and riding with management. You are expected to work after typical business hours on a regular basis. When you do reach numbers, they want more. It will never be enough. They refuse to advertise. The pay is not worth the level of stress.
