      Pros

      LHC Group has done an impressive job at building their culture from the ground up. Home Office has an attitude of service and support to those in the locations. The organization has also made a lot of excellent tools available to operations to get the job done efficiently. Great place to work.

      Cons

      The industry of home care as a whole struggles with orientation. LHC Group has been the best I've experienced but local leadership could make a few improvements.

      Pros

      Working for a company that puts patients first, always. Quality is a #1 priority to every employee. A culture of excellence and compassion. We are all bound together with a common mission of doing the right thing, every time.

      Cons

      Honestly, we are in a challenging market, but it's an exciting time to be in home health! No company is perfect, of course, but my mission, my personal goals, align this LHC's. I couldn't ask for more.
