      Pros

      L H C Group is a fun company to work for. There is never a day that you become bored. Meeting new people is also an added benefit. What I like best about working for L. H. C. Group are the people who run the company, Keith and Ginger Myers; they are home town folks who care about people and who give back to the community.

      Cons

      There is really nothing I have to say that is negative about this company. Like any job there are challenges that need to be overcome and demands that need to be met in a professional manner. Other than that it's a pleasure working for them.

      Pros

      Since going to point of care technology workflow is easier to keep up with. Being able to view the whole chart is a bonus for the field staff. No more trying to keep field folders up to date. Lots of information and resources available online. Great coworkers!

      Cons

      Medicare cuts have made productivity a must. The points are sometimes not a realistic goal. Would like to see the points made individualized to the agency. What works in mostly urban area does not work in a rural area where there can be 20+ miles between patients. Remember one size does not fit all.

      Pros

      Wonderful longtime staff. To work for a company who takes care of their staff means so much. This company takes care of the employees and patients just the same. It really is all about helping people.

      Cons

      Dealing with insurance companies makes it difficult at times.
