      Pros

      I recently started with LHC and I have to say everyone is awesome. I was trained and completed orientation in a timely manner. I have my own client's that I truly adore. Everyone that I have came into contact with has been overly helpful and extremely genuine. I am pleased to be with a Company who will help their employees with anything at anytime.

      Pros

      This company affords an opportunity for me to expand my career in the home health field. I am well pleased with all staff encountered thus far. I look forward to having a long term career with LHC.

      I have not had any negative encounters during the hiring process and i look forward to working with the health professionals at LHC.

      Pros

      Growing company with great opportunities! Challenging, learning environment with full benefits package. Wonderful coworkers!! Integrity and Ethics are very important!!

      Cons

      Some growing pains, some managers more concerned about quantity than quality but those are few and far between. Could use more job specific training for some positions.
