      Pros

      The local agency level employees are wonderful to work with. Local management is good. The biggest perk is the patients most of the time.

      Cons

      Productivity points are a joke! In a rural area with lots of drive time in between they are impossible to meet. One visit should equal 1 point, not 3/4 of one. Salary is not competitive to the area. Marketing staff gets bonuses while local field staff get nothing! Most staff feel overwhelmed as there is never enough help. Staff also don't voice their opinions as they feel they are one step away from losing their jobs.

      Pros

      The organization describes themselves as a family and it truly feels that way. People are compassionate and genuinely concerned about others.

      Cons

      Growing pains. Rapid growth has created some holes in process and focus. Need to invest more in education and development of employees at all levels.
