This companies work environment is awful. No respect for their employees and no concerns other than money. I wrote a review about 4 months ago about a very real and true story of my experience with this company and of course they didn't release it. People have got to know the things this company does behind closed doors or it needs to be addressed. Very unethical and illegal. If anyone asked me about this company I would have very REAL things with evidence to back up what I am saying. Also if this comment does NOT get released again. I will be reporting this in a more forceful direction and I will have more things to bring to the light. Very Very unethical company. Strongly recommend you continue looking for a job elsewhere.

Emphasis on productivity that isn't realistic for rural field work Management at our office doesn't pay attention to the schedule when they accept more referrals Poor communication in back office so referrals get sent out incomplete or aren't appropriate for home care Employees expected to do too many visits in a day or week Poor morale among field staff
