      dishonest managment, unstructured work environment/orientation, overwork of employees

      decent pay/benefits, somewhat flexible schedule

      Cons

      too long of a wait period for benefits, not much room to grow, not automonous enough for home health, lots of issues at several branches related to state reports, never enough staff, over work staff, hire people in positions of leadership that have no experience or less than current full time rn's at agency, still on paper charting, not enough communication between diciplines, orientation is very poor, dont appreciate their staff

      The experience the one get's from the company. The fact that the company is big on higher education and self improvement. The staff is very family like.

      Cons

      Sometimes they can be unorganized with the schedule. They should have training classes and a formal trainer to train instead of just and employee. Not all employees make good trainers if that have not been with the company for a long period of time.

      Learning and talking with the pt they become part of .your family.

      Cons

      The schedule for people to be off sometime we fall short handed which makes other nurses have to work double hard to get things done and pt covered. some nurses sees 7-8 pt aday and others may only see 5-6 at all times. THe same parttime nurses are used almost as full time only on a couple of areas where the other ones that had more patient dont have any help.
