Disjointed management, minimal resources and development. Wants to work you to death and not pay you what your worth.

From the beginning , drug testing and TB test, I went to concentra , as instructed, and they had no knowledge of LHC, many of our staff waited 2 hours . We were told they took appointments, I called and was told they don't take appointments. That is just one example. Communication is poor. Meetings are difficult to hear, at times there is no live person on the other end to answer questions. The people in the room are nice and write down are questions but we don't get any answers. We were told emails started Monday on are tablets but they continue to come on are PDA's. I don't know where to enter expense reports , it depends who you talk to, some say PDA, some say tablet, who knows. It is all frustrating and unorganized.
