      Pros

      As an OT of 38 years, with the last 20 being in home health, I know a good company when I see one. The Tallahassee office welcomes you, sets expectations, and provides an orientation , the likes of which I have never seen. I am looking forward to many years with LHC.

      There is a large geographical area to cover, but clients need us, so we go.

      Good, Bad and Ugly

      Pros

      Home office support. Investments in technology. Marketing is top-notch.

      Cons

      Divisional Sales and Operational leadership lacking to say the least. Comp plans not at par with industry standards. Corporate in need of Senior Sales Leadership role and not one that is swept under the rug by operational strong-arming. Don't believe the pre-JC hype as it changes with the blink of an eye.
