      Flexible hours, great coworkers and management in home office

      Cons

      The corporate team (HR) is rude and has no compassion. Absolutely zero support for nurses faced with challenges in the field.

      Management sucks the life out of the job

      Benefits aren't the worst and hybrid scheduling is available

      Cons

      We call our manager the "Warden" as she treats everyone like prison inmates. They micromanage, expects us to complete multiple jobs at once, holds us past our shift hours and will then holds our jobs over our heads if we try to leave. We're not allowed to talk or laugh as it's a "distraction to others" . The turn over rate is insane as well.
