      Pros

      Everyone gets along so well! The management team is supportive and helpful. I have been here almost 7 years and I love it! Of course there have been changes, but LHC always finds the best people.

      The Best Company

      Pros

      I love my job. I worked in the field as an RN, then moved into the PCM role, then the clinical dir, now I am the executive director. It has been the best place to work. I always have support from upper management and from HR when I need anything. I have the best co-workers a person could ask for.

      Cons

      More 401K match is the only thing that I would ask for an increase on.
